DSD Prospectus

Before undertaking any major strategic development work it is extremely beneficial for a school to gain an objective assessment of how it is perceived by parents, pupils, and staff - and where possible, prospective parents. In such a competitive environment this activity is fast becoming an essential part of the planning process.

DSD Education is uniquely equipped to identify key issues through a range of professional and proven research processes. Projects are managed internally, with fieldwork and data processing organised through associate specialists. DSD regularly runs a variety of surveys, both ad hoc and annual, investigating perceptions of, and attitudes to particular aspects of a school, be it academic or pastoral.

Research techniques used include:

Self-completion surveys
Telephone surveys
Focus groups
Mystery shopper surveys
